We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your furniture - if you aren't, please simply contact us within 14 days of receipt, and without quibble or fuss we'll happily arrange for your items to be collected. Your refund will be issued within 14 days of collection.
Additional returns information...
- Items should please be returned either in their original packaging or, if this packaging is damaged, packaging which will provide the same level of protection during return transit.
- Products must arrive back to us in mint condition. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any item you return to us and deduct from your refund the value of any damage to the product.
- Collections can usually be arranged within 14 days, but can take up to 28 days.
- We strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your furniture is damaged in transit, please provide clear photographs of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery, so that we can resolve the issue as efficiently as possible for you.
- If goods are damaged in transit, please be advised that our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the product you have ordered.
